When I highlight this sketch in the corner, there are some red lines that appear bordering the extruded section. What do the red lines mean?

I think it's just showing you that you have not selected the whole Sketch.

Hi,

this indicates an overlapping of  profiles.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

the red lines show up where there is an adjacent profile that is not selected.  The intention is to bring these to your attention in case you really meant to also select the adjacent profiles.
