Weird appearance

I'm wondering why when I open up my file that I get these weird images on the tabletop? This is a rendering.

Hi @chadN693J,

It's an appearance applied on the bodies/Faces, which can be further used for rendering.

We can remove by right click on the body and select 'Remove appearance Override'

Hello,

Unfortunately this doesn’t work in either Design or Render mode :-/. Is there another option I can try?

Hi @chadN693J,

Can you please elaborate more about the problem? Are you trying to apply an appearance or remove an appearance?

Also, please share the design where you are facing the problem, by File>Export *.f3d/*.f3z

@chadN693J
Is there a material applied to this design?  The appearance may be tied to the physical material setting, in which case it is not an override.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Hi @chadN693J,

Open Appearance, Shortcut 'A'

Search for Walnut

You can simply remove or change the material associated with this model, and the appearance will change to the new material, or return to the default Fusion appearance.  Once you apply a physical material, it will take the appearance associated with that material.

Right click on the body and choose Physical Material.  Select the Walnut, right click and choose Unassign & Delete.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t work. It’s a weird pixelation.

Hi @chadN693J,

If you are looking for an exact appearance as shown in the original post.

Then you need to create a New custom appearance/Material using the image.

I have downloaded this image from Here
