Hi, super beginner question here.
I'm trying to show hidden lines in the drawing view. If I double-click on the object, it opens up "drawing view". I've watched some videos and I think I need the "view properties" menu, just can't figure out how to access it.
I basically want to show the individual shapes in the drawing, as opposed to the outer profile. Attachment 1 is the drawing view, and attachment 2 is what I'd like to see in the drawing view (shown is in the model view).
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Devin,
The main body (Body21) consists of all of those disc-shaped entities, so we won't display hidden lines for where they overlap. In your case the way to display this would be to use a feature we just released, Sketch visibility in the drawing. In the drawing browser, turn on Sketches and Sketch1:
This sketch geometry comes in as phantom, not hidden lines, but here the sketch lines appear solid because the view is so small (1:250 scale). It looks like the dashes start showing up around 1:150. Hopefully that accomplishes what you want, please let me know.
Thanks,
Chris
Hi Chris, thanks a lot for the reply. Really appreciate it.
I'll have to apologize for my newbie-ness. How do I turn on sketches? I don't see any sketches displayed in the drawing browser, only bodies
Thanks, Devin
Hi Devin,
This is new functionality that was just released in the Dec 5 update. If you have Fusion running, expand the Help menu in the upper right > About and check the version number, the latest is 2.0.3793. If you installed from Autodesk.com Fusion should have updated automatically, and Sketch will appear in the drawing browser by default. If you installed from the Mac App Store you'll need to install the update.
Thanks,
Chris
