viewing simulation results obscured by body?

In the attached photo a 300mm long extruded steel profile has a 60mm long block of ABS inserted 30mm into one end. 

The block of ABS has an M12 steel rod passing through it.

5kg is placed on the end of the steel bar.

I'd like to be able to view the stresses and strains on the part of the ABS that is INSIDE the extrusion, in order to get a sense of how far it is useful to extend it inside? Is there a way?

You can hide bodies by clicking the lightbulb icons in the browser tree. Just expand the tree until you find the body or component for the steel extrusion, then click the lightbulb.

It works! More precisely: go back into Model view and turn off the component/body AFTER running the simulation. (I'd tried doing it BEFORE the simulation, which stops it from working, and sort of given up there....)

You don't have to go back to Model view. You can hide/unhide the body in the Simulation environment.
