Viewer don't show my part

I pick a fusion file on my project and try to show in the viewer. The viewer show nothing? But if I pick open in fusion I can see my part.

Why? I tried this on two different computer, same problem but just for this project. I suppose that the problem provide from the fusion uploaded files from my trainning files. It's looks like a problem with migration. Is it possible that an old version of fusion files just uploaded could make this problem??

I tried to create a new version of this file but I can't see the new version too??? If I create a new part on this project with fusion I can see the part on the viewer...

Thank you for raising our attention to this.

I have tried to open a test file in various browsers but I could not see the preview as well.

Could you may use the "Share" function and open the "Public link" in your browser?

I will get in touch with the A360 and find out why the "View" function does not show your file as you would expect it.

We´ll keep you updated.
