View a model in Virtual Reality?

Is there a way to create a file from a Fusion 360 model which is then viewable with a Virtual reality system?

I have Vive Virtual reality and I'm creating a detailed model of the NASA Mercury Space Capsule and would love (love! Love! Love!) to be able to view my model in full Virtual reality 3D.

Is that possible? And if so, how?

Hey RogerInHawaii,

I'm not familiar with that system, but I'd imagine it can read OBJ files. One easy way to do that is to export an STL, then convert it to OBJ in something like Meshmixer.

To view and edit (sculpt) triangle meshes (STL and OBJ) in VR you might try ShapelabVR by Leopoly (WIN only).

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll take a look at that. But editing meshes is not what I'm really looking for. I want to view the completed model, at least the way it looks when I'm using Fusion and possibly when I can see my model (in Fusion) in high definition render.
