vertex intersection found but stored pointer NULL

Still very new to Fusion 360 so I can't solve this problem.  I'm performing a combine and get the following error;

vertex intersection found but stored pointer NULL

    Failed to Boolean bodies together

I'm sure it has something to do with a stray face somewhere.  How do I go about solving this error?  Is there someone that can take a look at the file possibly?

I made registration spheres in the bottom mold.  I want to cut the spheres in the top mold box.  So, I performed a combine using the cut operation, but that's when I get the error.
