VEE Pulley Dimensions (not a Fusion question)

Hello Everyone,

I'm really struggling to find consistent values to model a VEE pulley for a XPB (SPB) 17mm belt from the web, with an external pulley diameter size of approx. 75mm (3")

If anyone has any knowledge or access to a proper engineering reference book could they really help me  out and post the dimensions please.

For example I am getting either 34deg, 36deg, 37deg and 38deg for the VEE angle.

A width of either 16.2mm, 16.8mm and 17.2mm (not P.D.) for the 'top' of the VEE

Thank you

Matt

Have you tried googling "XPB (SPB) V-belt pulley angle"?

If you can't get the info from the mfgr or their website, try asking at a more appropriate forums for machinists, like https://www.practicalmachinist.com/vb/ or http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net/forum.php

You might even be able to download a 3D model and get it directly.

Go to the "Insert" dropdown and choose the McMaster-Carr option. There you can search for pulleys and choose the size you want. Download the STEP file for the part and it will automagically be inserted in your drawing.
