Varying- depth, semicircle at an angle

I have two sketch faces I need to extrude to each other. I am not sure how to do this.

The bottom of this trapezoid shape is a semicircle shape, but the depth is at an angle, it gets smaller as it goes outward towards the top sketch.

-issue 1: The extrude feature only allows for 90 degrees.

-issue 2: I am new to even using this software.

-issue 3: I am kind of in a time crunch.

Please let me know how someone would go about this.

Start a new body.

Use solid Loft. Select the region above the blue curves at each end.

Might help….
