using interference to create new bodies

Hello,

I'm trying to remove an interference from two components. I can't seem to check the check box to keep the interference body, which I'm hoping to use to cut (or subtract) out of one of the components. 

Is that a doable workflow?

The "Interference" tool is n the"Inspect" menu which only contains analysis tools.

You would want to use the "Modify-.Combine" tool with the appropriate selection (join, cut, intersect) to actually modify your geometry.
