updates broke fusion 360

hello all, i dont know what the latest updates casued this morning for fusion 360 but my software will not open a single file it just get a forever loading screen and it has to be force closed, anyone else having this issue?

Have you tried opening the design while in offline mode to see if there is any change in behavior? If you could upload a copy of the diagnostic log files, that would be really helpful to diagnose the issue.

Did this ever get resolved? My updates arent working as well. My log file is attached

Hi @QuinnCampbell,

 

I understand you are having trouble updating Fusion 360. Are you also unable to open files like the OP? Also, when I checked your log files, I noticed the following:

 

"adsk.dls.streamer.exceptions.UnsupportedOSVersion: The current operating system is unsupported, this application requires Windows 7"

 

It seems like you have had Fusion 360 running at some point though, so that kind of debunks that theory. Could you tell me a little bit about your machine?

I ended up uninstalling fusion and reinstalling and everything is fine now.
