update A360 with current design

I've made a few changes to a design that has been in A360 for a while. The new version is V19.

The project has been shared with my boss. He can see V18, but what do I need to do to allow  him to see V19?

If your boss goes to his online Dashboard can he see the latest version? If he can view it, try opening it from there, click the pencil icon and select Edit on Desktop.

I couldnt get it to show latest version - in the end I clicked the Version drop down to select the latest one, simples.

But when I did a similar thing today, A360 automatically had the latest version, which is bizarre (but nice) - maybe i didnt have something ticked in the settings...
