Unwanted Section analysis offset

See attached file, section analysis is offsetting around .003975.

In the attached file, note how the .004 part sticks out, the .003 does not.  The section analysis face selection was the origin plane.

I have the same problem with Section analysis offset and was ready to report the bug when I saw this post.
