Unresolved Components, Invalid ZIP Files, Etc.

Unresolved components have become a way of life for me lately. This happens almost every time I close a design at the office and reopen it at home, and vice versa. Today, I opened a business critical design and got the expected one or more "unresolved" components. But now there's a new problem. When I try to reinsert one of the broken references, I get the error message below. I can still open/edit/save both designs, but can't insert one into the other. I have cleared the cache and restarted F360 on both machines. What gives?

RANT: Did I mention this is business critical, and may I ask why the f ... ahem ... (composes himself) ... why we are still having these kinds of issues so deep into a "production" software release? The above is just one of many instances where F360 has pushed a project into oncoming traffic, bringing me to this forum to queue up and wait for the F360 team to act like they're doing me a favor. You guys can't fix this or give me the run-around (which, based on experience thus far is more likely than not) and bye-bye F360.

I apologize for the difficulties with the broken references. I haven't heard about this particular issue, before. Can you forward a public link of the design to me at nathan.chandler@autodesk.com?

Thanks,
