Uneven fillet on identical body features

Hi there,
I have these 3 profiles generated by a rectangular pattern of the center ellipse.
When I apply a fillet and move the tool arrow back and forth, I noticed this difference and can't comprehend, what's causing that problem.
I already also used the inspect tool to check for slight variations, but they look all the same.

Thanks in advance 🤗

In Extrude 4, in your timeline, you accidentally select the bottom of one of the pockets making it thicker which in turn affects the Fillet.
