So I'm pretty new to Fusion, but am very much digging it so far. I came across this video : https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/screencast/6717a963-03c9-4088-8053-ecd1c99081e1 , on here, basically outlining how to convert a mesh to B-Rep and then use the merge tool to merge the 'co-linear' faces ( I think that is what it's called ).
So having done this on the main faces of the model (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2884159) works great (as has for several others ) but the reason for editing this model is the threads aren't correct (NPT - the missing Fusion feature) and when I try to merge the faces on the threads to make everything easier to manage, the app locks up (Doing the complicated math on 1139 faces I suppose?).

Is there an easier/better way to do this perhaps, without making fusion freak out ? I literally have let it sit for 20 minutes on both my PC and my Mac to no avail.
