unable to start fusion 360

I am new to Fusion 360.  Doing the 30 day trial.

 

I have logged on the Fusion 360 several times with success and explored some of it features.  Now when I try to log on it gives me the attached error message.

Hello clarkj,

Sorry to hear you are having problems with Fusion 360.  To resolve your issue please try the following.

 

  • From the screenshot you provided are you able to sign in with your Autodesk ID and Password?
  • If you are not using a proxy server, please make sure your LAN settings match the LAN settings in the link.
