Unable to Set up

Hi,

 

I'm using a free trial for Fusion and this is my first time downloading it. I  logged into my account for Fusion and I received a message that says, "Unable to set up Fusion 360 for your Auto Desk account." It told me to contact this website to get the issue resolved. Please help me know what to do to resolve this problem.

Hi,

 

Sorry to hear of your trouble. Can you try restarting your computer and ensure your network connection is operational? Do you know if you are installing Fusion from behind a proxy network? e.g. school or corporate network?

 

Can you still login to A360 via a web browser? https://myhub.autodesk360.com    If so, can you upload files from there and do they display in the Data tab?

 

Finally, can you attach here your autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log file? This can be located at one of these locations:

 

  • OSX - /%user%/library/logs
  • Windows - c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\autodesk
