Unable to select and edit lines in a sketch.

I am unable to select these lines and do offset,mirror,etc operations.Please help asap.F360 u.jpg

you've got 2 sketches there. are you in the right sketch?

you may need to attch your file.  try drawing a new line, does it look the same as the others?

I'm going to make a guess, based on your other thread:  unable-to-edit-the-lines-in-a-sketch that this is the same design.  If so, that sketch is a 3D sketch.  Sketch offset does not work on 3D sketch geometry.  Offset only works on geometry that is on the plane picked for the sketch (2D geometry)

@jeff_strater plugging my request for a "gone 3d" indicator on the sketch icon.  currently the only way to be 100% sure is to select all the sketch enities and see if there is a "move to sketch plane" option.  ie, we have to see if something IS NOT there.  seems like the UI folks might be interested in this.

in this case we would be able to tell from a screen shot if the sketch was 2d or 3d.

Yep.  Going to bring that one up again.  Today, the only way is either by inspection (rotate the view), or looking for the "move to sketch plane" context menu...
