Unable to save sheet metal rules to library

I'm trying to update my sheet metal rules from send cut send. Previously you opened the file from SCS, go to rules, click each one in the design and save to library. The last step is no longer there. How do I save the rules to my shared library?

This morning I was annoyed by the duplicates that randomly appeared so I cleaned everything out thinking it would still be easy to resave. Not so. 

When I click edit, continue, save. It's not saving in a place that I can see from another design.

Is this a known issue. Am I just missing a step?

I'm not completely sure I understand the workflow you're describing in the second and third paragraphs. Could you provide a few more details?

Specifically:

• When you click Edit → Continue → Save, where are you expecting the rule to appear?
• What do you mean by "It's not saving in a place that I can see from another design"? Are the rules not appearing when you open a different design, or are they missing from the library itself?
• If possible, could you share screenshots or a short screen recording of the workflow you're following?

Also, you are using the new Shared Sheet Metal Rules Library preview feature, please note that it is still under active development and some workflows are not yet fully implemented. If you'd prefer to use the previous sheet metal rules workflow, you can disable the preview feature by going to:

Preferences → Preview Features → Shared Sheet Metal Rules Library

After disabling the feature and restarting Fusion, the previous workflow should be restored.

Once we better understand the exact steps you're taking, we'll be able to determine whether you're encountering expected behavior, a workflow issue, or a potential bug.

I didn't realize it was a preview feature. Saving from the provided fusion file doesn't seem to do anything. It is not visible for me to select and use in any other part file. 

I turned off the feature and I can now see the rules in my library. Everything is back to normal. I wasn't a fan of the preview feature. We do a lot of sheet metal and it added extra clicks to select the rule I needed.
