Unable to renew start up licences

I got an email telling me how to renew my liscence . But when I try to hit submit, nothing happens at all. Any ideas?

Is your license expired at this time or can you still use Fusion?

I have 13 days left. Tried it many times now, with reboot of both fusion
and computer. Still nothing happens after I click submit.

Currently you unfortunately cannot extend your entitlement until after your current Enthusiast period ends. We realize this isn't optimal and the team is in the process of making changes to allow renewal of the entitlement before the actual expiration.  Until then you will need to wait until your license expires.
