Unable to Rename Parent Component

I was having trouble making an independent copy of a component in a hybrid assembly document. I did the copy and Paste new, but the copy still seemed to be linked to the original. I have done this before without a problem, but with the current version of fusion, it does not appear to be working. I then exported the component as a new model, made the changes that I wanted, changed the document setting to Part and renamed the file. Now I am unable to rename the Parent component name.

I am trying to rename it UV LED Holder. I have attached the file. I don't now if this feature broke or did Autodesk change the method for doing this. Any suggestions?

You simply have to Save it once.  Model is attached.

OK, so this work around did get me to the place I wanted to get to, but why didn't the "Copy + Paste New" work? I did notice that even after I exported the component to the design folder in the Fusion cloud, it retained a linkage to the original Hybrid Assy drawing. I know this because when I deleted it, it warned me that it was referenced in another drawing. If I exported to my desktop, the linkage seemed to be broken, thus allowing the parent name to be changed once it was saved.  I am still not sure if this is a bug or if fusion changed and something else should be done to break the linkage to the original component.
