Unable to login after Windows Updates (PLM360 Error)

Fusion 360 worked fine yesterday, the only thing that changed was Windows Update install several updates and a service pack for Word 2010.  Now I cannot log into Fusion 360.  When logging in I just get a white screen and a PLM360 Error.  HELP!!!

The plot thickens...

All logins associated to the tennant I'm trying to log into give a PLM360 Error on just my machine. The logins work on other machines.  If I try and log into a different tennant on the machine in question, Fusion 360 works.

I'm curious if you have restarted the application (F360) or the computer after installing the updates?

 

Also, could you try clearing any browser caches on the problematic machine and trying again?

I did restart the machine several times and uninstalled and reinstalled Fusion 360.

These did not solve the issue.

 

The default browser on this machine is Chrome, and for a separate reason I did clear the browser history in Chrome earlier.  That did not solve the issue.

 

After your suggestion of clearing the browser cache however I cleared the browser history for Internet Explorer.
This DID solve the issue.

I can now log into my tenant.
