Unable to launch

I installed Fusion 360. But I couldn't open it.

Error showing " Unable to connect to internet ". 

Net connections are working fine

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

 

Just a couple quick questions - is this your first time installing Fusion 360? What sort of network are you on (home, work, school, etc)? 

 

Also, can you please grab me both your installation log file and your application log files. To find these, please follow the steps on this guide here. Feel free to either post those here or email them to me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com
