Unable to fillet on a draft. Non-manifold.

Hi all,

 

I am trying to model a directional button but what I want is the middle part where the circle is dip down a little bit so the thumb kinds of know it is in the middle. 

 

I want the slope like the picture on the left but looks like the one on the right (after fillet). But it wouldn't let me.

I don't see any attempt in your file to make a draft. You did not provide a screencast to support the "won't let me" ...

It probably won't let you because of the recessed center section in your photo. Most of the time if you can't get Fusion to do what you want it is because you are doing something wrong. I would use a revolve to cut the top out and put the arrows in afterwards.  You can change sketch 6 if you don't like the profile.
