Hello,

I've been using Fusion360 as an Enthusiast since last year.

Yesterday I've got an term notification email from Fusion360 and I did expand my startup license as instructed but it didn't work.

Please help me with this problem.

My OS is win 8.1

Best,

Jueun

@Anonymous Are you using the process outlined in the below link to register as a start-up?

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-activate-start-up-or-educational-licensing-for-Fusion-360.html

If you are using text scaling in the operating system (e.g. you have a high resolution monitor), can you try setting that back to 100% in the operating system and see if that helps?

Thanks,

@Anonymous It looks like you have a student subscription of Fusion 360 in your account. Are you still having issues? If so, could you post a copy of the diagnostic log files from your system? There is a command in the help menu in Fusion 360.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Dear Nathan Chandler,

My Fusion 360 is not working at all, then I don`t know how to get the log file

and send it to you.

I just received an email about 12 days ago saying I would receive an email telling to renew it on the 22nd of March

then after +-8 days ago it stopped working.

You have being very kind providing me answers, I don`t want to bother you but please give a hand to solve this

problem.

Kind regards,

You'll find the log files stored in the directories listed in the below link.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

Can you collect these log files, compress into a zip and then upload here?

Is there an error message or anything that you could share? Why doesn't Fusion 360 start? Please share the text of the error message or a screenshot.

Thanks,
