Unable to customize the toolbar

I'm trying to customize the toolbar.  I used to be able to do this by pulling down to a command, hovering over the command, three dots would appear and I could specify "Pin to Toolbar".   But now I don't see the three dots when I hover over a command.  See the attached screen shot where I'm hovering over a specific tool (Parameters in this case), and the three dots that normally appear are not there.

How do I add tools to the toolbar now?  Something has clearly changed and I have searched and searched and see not documentation on this other than the old version of hovering and clicking on the three dots.

Perhaps the toolbar is just not wide enough to display them.

Parameters are displayed in the Modify section, so if you unpin some of the items that are already displayed in Modify on the toolbar, the Parameter icon should appear from the right side of the toolbar.

Try it and let me know how it turns out.

I haven't unpinned anything.  And yes, I'm trying to add things to the toolbar in the modify section.  My display is 32" 4K resolution, so there is plenty of space here.  Thanks for your reply but it has nothing to do with my issue.

The method of adding a command to the toolbar has not change and the method is still available on my system.  Perhaps you need to use the Fusion 360 Utility to Reset your application.

John, thank you for this - it solved my issue.  I had never heard of this Utility until you mentioned it here.  I'm puzzled why licensed users like myself don't get notified of the existence of newly implemented improvements/changes like this.  Thanks again.

If you want to stay on top of the new, improved and added features of Fusion 360, visit this command every now and then.  They list them all here.  You can even go back in time to read older posts.

Please follow the video, which has no sound.  Please note, if you toolbar contains to many commands to fit in a new one, it will not appear.
