Two windows/monitors

Hi,

Is there currently an option to have two separate windows of Fusion open on two different monitors? I can't find the function, nor find it on the forum.

Thanks,

Richard

Hi,

I don't know if this helps, but just in case, try using the Multiple Views

Thanks Saeed, I am actually looking to have two models open at the same time and not different views of on model, so this won't be solving the issue for me sadly. Thanks though!

Oh I see

I don't know fro sure, but I guess it is not possible, first because Fusion is a cloud based program, so you need your own account to work on your design

and second, in my opinion, projects bar is more than enough

Saeed

Hi Saeed,

I agree with Richard.

It would be nice to create a second instance of Fusion on the 2. monitor.2 Displays.png

yep had to the forum does not like massive picks, it still went bonkers with a 1200 x 900 image over 3000 it does not let you attach a pick.

If you think I am tricking you I can video it,Smiley Wink

On Windows you can usually start several instances of the same software. Whether Fusion 360 is cloudbased or not is iirrelevant.

You can use 2 differ computers and work in 2 different designs on one Fusion 360 account. I've done this using an Windows and a Mac computer.

On the mac platform you'd have the install a software twice to start two instances of it, but I have never tried this with Fusiin 360 as it's installation is rather unusual.

I am not sure Fusion 360 supports multi monitor setup natively without having to start the app twice.

Hi Peter,

it works (W 10).

And, not to mention, the Spacemouse runs on both displays.

thank you
