Two separate view bases share the same item balloons' number order

I have in the same drawing file multiple pages with different instructions, manufacture information, and a base view from the "animation" environment (Storyboard1, Storyboard2...) in each of them. I'm using number balloons to enumerate my parts from this assembly shown in each base view, where they may include or not a certain component. My issue is that all these different base views are sharing the same numbering order. So for example, in page 1 I have the view showing 9 components from 1 to 9; and in the second page 5 components numbered (1, 2, 3, 8, 9) when I actually needed them to be numbered 1 to 5!!! If I renumber them in the second page, it messes up the order in the first page.

All these views I created a new one (not "Existing reference").

What can I do?

Item number is unique in a design and it is not supported to be overridden in partlist and balloon so far.

Please check if configuration meets your requirement. You can create a few configurations in the design; customize the suppression status and create drawing from muiltple configurations. The items numbers are separated and independent in each configuration, showing as attached video.
