Twisted Sweep

Hey,

I have stuck in a problem of making this part, it has screw type thing with 4 threads on it.

I read something about the twisted sweep, but I am not able to make them. 

Can anyone would help me to solve my problem

PS: I am making one of the parts from InMoov robot, it is the first open source robot platform.
