Trying to merge 2 surfaces at different angles

Hi, just getting into CAD, any help would be awesome!

I've got 2 surfaces at the bottom of this open cylinder.  I split it and drafted the cylinder in 2 parts to get the shape right, but since the 2 drafts are at separate angles, I've got a mismatch @ coord 0,0,0.  Is there a way for me to fix this? Or is there possibly a better workflow to achieve the shape?

That was an innovative use of Draft- I doubt I could have conceptualized it.    Ed's Coil recommendation is the way to go if you're able to get things positioned.   Be sure to post your results.

Thanks for the coil tip! I got it done, though the workflow was kind of clunky and estimative on measurements.
