Trying to make a square Sheet metal cone

Hello,

I have tried to make a square base cone, with no success converting to sheet metal, it is designed in surface then thickened, but does not create a flat pattern.

Can you please advise me on how to flat pattern this part.

Thank you.

Not a tangent chain.   Fillet this edge to the desired bend radius (approx 1 thickness)  after stiching and before thicken.not tang.PNG

Does anybody know if there are plans to expand the sheet metal toolset in Fusion? When I started to dig into this I realized how much I missed having the Inventor tools.

Also, I think the OP was trying to do a single body sheet metal part which wouldn't be possible with the corner geometry at the radiused flange. So @TheCADWhisperer four individual panels was the best solution I could come up with as well in terms of manufacturability. Nice example!
