I can tell if im stupid or blind but I can't find anything about grouping bodies or sketches together, all I want is to organized but I have 50 bodies and about 150 sketches and they get mixed together, is there even a way to make a folder in the workspace and put what I want in it?

body's can be grouped into seperate "group" folders.  right click on the body icon in the browser tree and make a new group, then drag and drop.

But-at 50 bodies and 150 sketches you should be using components, which if used thoughtfully will help organize things a lot.  I do think organizing is a bit a of weak point for fusion.

Thank you most of the bodies are remnants on cut pieces and since I can't delete them with losing other parts, for some reason, I'm stuck with them. However, I don't see the create new group option only move to group is there a setting or something like that?

for the remnant bodies you can try remove instead.  this removes things starting from the current timeline location.  delete removes from the model as if it was never there, so it sometimes breaks things.

It's possible that turning of the timeline and using pure direct modeling would be better for your modeling style.  I don't like suggesting that b/c it also makes it harder for people to help you when they look at your model.  and removes all possibility of making a model parametric.
