Trying to convert to a single body

Hey!

I received this model and am trying to convert it to be a single body to help machine it. The radiused parts are infinitely thin surfaces and I tried to convert them with stitch but it doesn't seem to like it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

After combining the solid bodies I see voids that may or may not be an issue:

So I have started to have a play but I won't get back to it for a while...the Yellow was created via Thin xtrude

and can be used as a base I guess. The plan is to recreate?

Hey!

That did it for the most part, I do have these few sections that are sticking out from the stitching i would assume. Do you know an easy way to flush those up with the other surfaces?

Thank you,

The model was is bad condition when I worked on it to make it a solid.  I suppose you could delete some surfaces and try and repair but it will be a chore.
