I’m currently surface modeling a mouse that I (with great difficulty) solid modeled in Solidworks several years ago. I’ve got a complete wireframe of half the (symmetrical) mouse, but I’m having great difficulty lofting together the surfaces.
I tried breaking up the frame of the mouse into smaller panels and patching them all together, but I’m left with rather unsightly seems that I can’t properly smooth over with a fillet. I’ve gotten the loft all lined up along the proper channels, but I’m left with error messages that sketches which I’ve constrained as coincident are not touching, or that the rail isn’t smooth upon attempting to create the loft, or that the loft contains bad or self-intersecting geometry.
I’m rather novice at surface modeling so it’s possible I’m going about this the wrong way, but I’d appreciate any advice or help in being able to loft these sections together for a smooth, seamless surface.
