Trouble selecting geometry for offset

I created a sketch, I projected the geometry.  I sketch an outer box.  I tried to select the projected geometry but i was only able to select one of the lines.  I traced the projected lines and tried again, i could only select one line.  I tried ctrl select and alt select no luck.  What to I have to do.

See attached file  component Latch lever:1 subcomponent lever pad:1 Sketch 1.  I am trying to select the inner quadrilateral with an arc.

What am i doing wrong

If the picture reflects what you are trying to do, then you must Offset three entities, the two projected lines at an angle and the center arc.
