Trouble Importing DXF - Won't Show Up

I am trying to import a DXF into Fusion and the importer isn't even letting me click "OK".

I start with a DXF that looks like this (as viewed from Autodesk Viewer online).

And when I go to Fusion to import it, I choose the "insert DXF" function under the Insert tab. I select a plane and then select the file on my computer but then Fusion won't let me insert it. It doesn't even acknowledge I selected a file.

Attached is the file below. I also tried uploaded it as a file and opening the file and Fusion let me do it but doesn't show anything in the file.

The reason you cannot import this DXF is because it is a Paperspace DXF.  If I open it in AutoCAD it only shows up in the Paperspace environment.  I use the arrow to point to the Paperspace icon and you can see it is on Page 1, not Model tabs at the bottom.

Oh ok, that's good to know, although I've never encountered a Paperspace DXF before. I wasn't aware there were hidden formats within it. It seems I can open it in Inkscape without issue and then save that as a DXF and then import it to Fusion 360. Is there another way around this or just how this format works sometimes?

Why do you respond to yourself when you are asking me the question?  Always use the Reply icon on the post your are replying to!

You can take a Paperspace layout in AutoCAD and copy it to Modelspace which I did for you.  It is attached.

Thanks for doing that. I only have Fusion 360 right now and not AutoCad so I will find some tutorials on how to do this for my other files. Thanks so much!
