Trouble designing screw slots!

Hello everyone! I hope that all of you are doing well. My name is Leo Boghozian and I'm new to CAD modeling.

I have a quick question regarding to my CAD model. I have designed a cast model of my arm, split it in half for 3D Printing purposes. However, when I 3D print the model, it's going to be in 2 parts, and when I want to wear it on, the two parts need to be joined together with couple of screws. I'm having trouble designing couple of extra screw slots on the cast model. I have seen other people being able to design screw slots for their 3D printed cast where they attach both parts together with couple of screws.

If you guys have any suggestions about what tools to use in order to tackle the challenge or videos that are going to be helpful please let me know I will appreciate it a lot!

I have attached pictures of my CAD model, and a 3D printed cast that has the option to join two separate parts together in order to give you guys a better idea.

Can you File>Export and attach your *.f3d model here?

It is not letting me to attach the f3d file. It gives me the error. I apologies if I'm doing something wrong.

"The attachment's Offset 1.1 Cast V1 .f3d content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed."

Can you try from a different browser.

Perhaps rename to Cast V1.f3d removing the extra period (not sure it that could be the issue).

If that doesn't work, then try zipping the file before attaching (are you on Windows or on Mac)?

It worked, tried a different browser and changed file name.

I was going to make two ways - one with screw fastener and one with slide latch - but I have to go to a meeting.

The attached quick example should give you some ideas.
