Trouble constraining copied sketch from downloaded .dxf file

Hey there.  Im having an issue trying to add constraints to a sketch that I copied from a .dxf file I downloaded from the internet.  The geometry copied over fine and I have moved it to my sketch origin but it seems that no matter how many constraints/dimensions I add to the sketch all the lines stay blue.  Am I doing something wrong?

If you would like to check out my drawing file I am working on sketch 2.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Add dimensions to the arc center points:

and Horizontal/Vertical contstraints on lines.

Thanks! this was a rookie mistake for sure. This was all I needed to move
forward.

On a side note to this question... is there a better way to make this
curved profile. This one is made up of many short arcs and the transition
between them isn't as smooth or seamless as it should be.

Control point splines are fairly easy  to manipulate into shapes like this.  You could also add tangent constraints to the arcs.  Use the curvature comb to inspect the curves:
