Is this an imported component or something nativ done in F360? A link to or an export of the design would be helpful.

It was done completely in 360. Its keeping me from being able to fillet that edge.

Attached file for review.

I don't have a solution, but IMHO it's related to the Extrude 32 / cut

That's not just a line... it's actually a really REALLY tiny solid section.

Check this out...

This is just after Extrude33

Notice the edge I have selected has a 0 for delta X and delta Y.

Here we move forward one step (Extrusion32)

Notice the line is no longer square! This is because the distance chosen for Extrusion32 does NOT meet up with that edge.

So fixing it...

Edit Extrusion 32 and change it from a distance to a TO option. For the reference on the TO, select the point out to the left (see it in my image?)

And there you go. Fixed.

To be honest, there is lots of weirdness in this model. I have a feeling you will continue to have problems unless you re-think how you do some of the steps. I see you're undoing or changing features by adding more features instead of editing in place. Not a good plan...

This is an imported component, please provide the original file of it with it's timeline

Yep! Some of the weirdness and the reason for this particular artifact is already visible right in the the first sketch that everything else is based on. It is not fully defined / dimensioned and that results in lack of precision.

I'd redesign this from scratch and make sure all sketches are fully defined/dimensioned.

Ok thanks, new to fusion 360 its a lot different than Sketchup that I was  using. Is there a good online tutorial that will go through most of the features and how/why to use them?
