Tried Moving to a Team/Hub but always fails.

Keep getting prompted to move my files/projects to a Team/Hub. It always fails and says "We couldn't move your data at this time." and to try again next time. It fails if I try from the app itself or from the web-portal. 

 

I've never used the web-portal before but it appears that my files are there (hopefully) on the Content tab. But on the Project Members tab, I see myself listed but still get the message saying I need to update. 

 

I only use Fusion360 occasionally but when I need it...I really need it.

At the moment your post is in the AutoCAD forum, a completely different software. Let's see if we can get the admins to move your post to the correct Fusion forum.

Wow. Thanks. It was originally posted in the Installation and Licensing forum...not sure how it ended up here.

Thanks everyone for putting this in the correct forum. I received some PMs from a support person and all of my projects have successfully been moved. Not sure what the fix was but after accessing my single-storage hub via the online browser...the automatic migration was started and worked fine.
