Transparent background cannot be selected

Hi there,

I'm having an issue with the settings on the Capture Image menu in the Rendering workspace.

All options are greyed out. I am needing to select the Transparent Background option. Anyone run into this problem before?

I am running Windows 10, however this was also an issue for me with Windows 7 so I'm thinking it might be an incorrect setting I've made or some missing module etc.

Cheers,

Ibrahim

Hi Ibrahim,

Did you open Capture Image option while you enable Ray Tracing?

Because Fusion can't change capture image options during rendering(it already worked on rendering it), you may need to disable Ray Tracing and set up the capture image options.

Please feel free to let me know if this works for you:)

Adele

Thank you Adele,

Yes that solved the problem. Although I was hoping to be able to capture the image with transparency after completing ray-tracing so that I could achieve a soft shadow, although I guess it doesn't work that way.

Thank you,

Ibrahim
