Dear, I want to enter a drawing/design in a movie. Background of the drawing should then be transparent to see only the design and not the back edge of the drawing. Can I save this with an extension .PNG. ?

You can open your model in Fusion 360, go to the Render environment and export different size images in PNG format.  It also has the option for a "Transparent Background" but I am not sure how to test an image for this after creation.  I attached a PNG for you to look at, maybe you can tell.  The screen image seems to suggest that the background is transparent.
