Topology simulation won't start

Hi,

I'm using a student license of Fusion 360, and I'm trying to learn how to use it for topology optimizations. However, the solving won't start: I always get the message Error("HELIUM_ERR"): user does not have entitlement.

I checked my license is still working (until August 2023), uninstalled/installed everything, tried on a different computer, and even tried to solve a simple static simulation (on the cloud too, simulation that gets solved locally): nothing is working, I always get the same message.

It seems like I can't get access to the cloud.

Has anyone got the same issue or have an idea on how to solve it?
