TOOLBAR DOES NOT APPEAR IN A NEW DRAWING

Hi,

Is anyone else having this problem.

Recently, when I create a new drawing from design using a saved template, I sometimes get the drawing sheet but there are no tools visible - see the attached file "test drawing 1".

To see the tools I have to save the drawing, close it and then reopen it - see the attached file "test drawing 2".

I have seen this happen as well, Changing back to the model's tab and back again fixes it. Have noticed the browser also doing a vanishing act - but usually moving the mouse to the toolbar brings it back.
