Hi Guys
First of all i want to thank autodesk community for the support and tutorials on Fusion 360. I'm completely new to Fusion 360 and the forums itself. But here is what i want to do and also my problems.
1. Need an title block with a few items in it.
2. Want to create 3d drawing - convert to 2d
3. 2D drawing - i want to be able to take any part on drawing, add measurements and print out for 3rd party company to laser cut for us.
I'm teaching myself but do struggle a little. I would really appreciate if someone can give me a step-by-step for this.
I know its a lot to ask. I do have Autocad 2012 where i can create title block, save and import into fusion. I'm struggling to get the dimensions/ page layout correct on AutoCad etc. Also do i start with the drawing and add title block template later on or do i import title block to new sketch and start drawing from there?
I thanks you guys in advanced.

Hi kappieV7K7X,
As a basic workflow, start with the 3D model. Once you have that to a point where you want a drawing, you can create a drawing from the File menu > New Drawing.
The default drawing (ASME or ISO standard) will contain a default border and title block. You can then place base/projected views, dimensions, etc. and use Output in the toolbar to save to pdf, DWG, or you can print from the File menu
If you want to create a custom title block in AutoCAD and import into Fusion, here are some helpful links:

We are currently working on wrapping up an in-Fusion editor where you will be able to create/edit title blocks and borders which will simplify this process.
I'd recommend checking out the other Drawings topics in Help. This is kind of a large topic to give full step-by-step in a forum post. Get used to creating drawings, insert the title block into the drawing, then you can move on to creating/customizing a drawing template, that will allow you to set it up once and then just specify the template when creating a new drawing.
Hope this helps. Thanks,
Chris
