threads not being stl exported

Hey,

I preparing a model for stl exports and I never had any complaints about the quality of the stls. But now some threads are not there in the exported file. I tried decreasing the triangle size but that didnt change anything.

Any ideas?

Hi @Sungod3000

Try checking "modelled" and then export.

Many of the threads in this model are "cosmetic" threads.  They need to be changed to "modeled" threads for them to be exported to STL.  Here is an example of how to do that:
