i am trying to thicken this surface so that i can print it. however it does not allow me. is there a way to do it?
i cant attach the file as it is too big.

This isn't a single surface. All the little triangles are individual surfaces, stitched together into one surface body.
That is unlikely to ever thicken. Directly converting a triangulated mesh file into a BRep is a bad idea in most use cases!
If you want to 3D print it, it might be easier to use Meshmixer for the thickening.
