Please can someone help me with this and maybe give me a reason why, this will not export as a flat pattern DXF?

It is a bit hard to rtell the issue as your file starts with a Base Feature that has no design history. Is all you need a simple .dxf of the shape in Flat?

It is an imported model from a third party, all I want to do is export it as a DXF flat pattern.

Is my version OK with the Bend Extents (but no Bendline) OK? That was a simple projection to a new sketch from the unFolded Body.
