Term Expires in... ???

How can I contact support regarding a license issue? 8 days ago, when fusion opened it essentially started a new trial subscription for me. Up in the bar it said "30 days left in your trial".

We own two early adopter Ultimate licenses. The other license is not showing this problem. After messing around on the accounts page, we straightened out the billing issue. It looks like Autodesk moved away from digitalriver, and there were some problems. Trying to associate a credit card caused the page to crash, a few days later we got it to work.

Now my Fusion says that the "Term ends in 22 days". Well, that's not when when the license expires, and it's set to auto renew. Any ideas how I get this fixed and get rid of this annoying blue bar?

Thanks!

Tom

Hi @Tbaker25,

Thanks for pointing to that.

I have reached out to our team which is managing the licenses and we have checked the contract manager account together.

We could see that your coworker is the contract manager and you are the user.

Everything is working great and the license will renew automatically on the 16th of November on an annual license base.

You should see that there are 29 days left of until the term ends.

Could you may check the email address you are using to log into your account?

Have you may tried to log out log back in ?

After the auto renew happen, in 29 days, the blue bar should disappear.

I know it can be can be confusing to see the blue which tells you that your term expires even if it is set to auto renew.

I will discuss this within the Fusion 360 Team and see if have an idea about that.

I hope this information helps. Please, keep me updated.

Thanks,

Thank you for responding.

I tried signing out and back in again in Fusion 360. Still says 21 days left in the Term. I am logging in with the correct email address. Never changed that.

My business partner shows that he assigned one seat to me. When I go to my Autodesk account, then go to Management, Fusion 360 is not listed in my Products and services, nor is it listed in Trials.

This happens on my account on either my PC or Mac I run Fusion 360 on.

Clearly something is messed up.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi @Tbaker25,

Thank you for the update.

I tried to sync your account. Could you just log out and login again and give it a shot?

We have also escalated it to our account management team and they will have a look at it immediately.

Please, keep us update if you could login in the meantime.

Thanks,

I have a Fusion 360 team - 3 Users license.

But my Fusion 360 still says "Term has Expired"

I have tried reinstalling after uninstalling using the Fusion360 cleaner.

It did not work.

Can you help me out.

Thank you
